Based on our personal success, I have had all of my employees take the assessment. The results clearly show where our team is successful, and where we can improve. I am particularly pleased with the insight gleaned that allows me to shift job responsibilities to fit each person’s “giftedness.” The employees have all responded favorably, and have noted how much more they understand the big picture and the little idiosyncracies of our team. What I considered “great” is actually getting even better!

Somewhere along the journey through life one discovers that life is not about success, fame, real estate acquisition, and big boy toys. What really matters are personal relationships and the quality of those relationships. As relationships are prioritized and pursued one finds himself dealing with misunderstanding and conflict. Developing close interpersonal relationships can be hard work and requires an understanding of ones’ self as well as the other person.
Helping with this understanding of myself and others is where the Core Value Index has helped me on my life journey. Having my primary core values pointed out and explained has been empowering. Likewise, having my third and fourth level core values explained has helped me to see why others may misunderstand me.
The Core Value Index has been a valued tool as I seek to draw closer to those I love and respect.
